I really can't believe that Tallie and Chloe have finished another year of school! I am so proud of both of them and for how much they have progressed. Little miss Chloe is coming out of her shell and shining! She sang in her program on stage no problem and I could even hear her sing. She is still the smallest in her grade but I just keep telling her that means she will be able to cuddle in my lap for that much longer. Tallie and her are both doing so well in spanish and I am constantly amazed at the stories they bring home that they have written in spanish themselves. I have no idea what they say or what exactly it is they are working on in class but it is so neat to see them learn another language! Tallie is doing great and is above the average in her spanish class which is amazing considering she started spanish in 1st grade whereas all her peers started in kindergarten. They both have taken off with reading and I no longer have to be g them or bribe them to read.
Of course we had to greet them with water balloons on the last day of school as they rode their bikes home. They get out at noon and so its great that TJ comes home from work and we both take our hiding spots and wait for the kids to come.
(I just wish that the neighbor kids wouldn't ruin the fun and cry when they get wet).
Tj also bought a new pool for the kids this summer. Much different and extreme then the pool I normally get. But it is so much fun and the kids are entertained seriously ALL day and its something they won't grow out of for a long time. And I'll never have to replace it...hopefully.
