The kids started swim lessons. We were lucky and happened to have signed up at the same time and place with the Wilkins. Its nice to have someone to chat with while I wait. I feel like they are actually progressing this year. Tallie is working on all kinds of stroke and Chloe was learning to dive today and she even was treading water for her teacher. She may have cried the whole time treading with her mouth just above the water but she did it. She wasn't happy about it and cried for awhile after it was over because she doesn't like the deep end and the fact that her teacher wouldn't hold onto her. Hopefully she won't cry when she has to go back on Monday. I hope Lexi will pick up on floating this year. It was freezing the other morning when they had lessons. I think it was only like 45 degrees out. We actually came home and had hot chocolate.
Hmmm, hot chocolate and swim lessons???
The rest of the day we stayed inside and built marshmallow structures. Everyone got pretty creative with what they made.
