Butterly Lake

THIS was the best camping trip of all time! The Trifecta, TJ Scott and Kenny, totally planned this one. They planned the place, the meals, the gear, the activivites. They food shopped and packed and everything else. They took the girls up Friday and spent the day fishing and paddle boarding and kayaking together. The kids love doing this campout with just the dads. They are always so sad when they don't get to go on the Fathers and Sons campout. The moms and Mikey went up Saturday. And stayed the night. The weather and location was beautiful and we all had so much fun! An outdoor movie at night and lots of junk food. Love these friends and neighbors of mine!

4th of July

TJ had some extra days off work so we decided to go to Az. It was gonna be nice cause we were able to stay at the Richardsons home and they were out of town. It was like a resort all to ourselves. On the way down we stopped and stayed in Sedona and took the kids to Slick rock. I went there when I was a kid and it is totally different than I remember. Very crowded and not so smooth on the tush. The kids didn't love it and so its safe to say we won't go back but its a fun memory. On the 4th we invited all of my family that lives in AZ over to the mansion for a pool party. I kinda felt bad throwing such a huge party while the Richardsons were out of town but my family loved it and of course thought their house was amazing!

I never thought I would get my friend back after her having twins making a total of 7 kids. But you know what I did! Its so nice to be able to hang out with her again and help with her babies and to see her get out and about. She really is SUPER MOM!
