Becky had her twin girls Gwen and Gracie! They are truly miracle babies from day one! Such a journey this family has been on. From Becky getting pregnant then being sick with the flu and stuff for like 2 months then her water breaking at like 21 weeks (can't remember the week for sure) then bed rest then bed rest at the hospital then 88 days in the NICU and finally home. Their road is still long and bumpy but I didn't think they would make it this far. I didn't think there would be any babies brought home. It has been a blessing to serve their family. To watch Wyatt and Hadley on Mondays, to take Wyatt to school, to pick up the other kids from school, to going over on Tuesdays and doing laundry, cleaning, organizing, painting and getting the nursery ready. When times were hard for me, all I had to do was loose myself in service to my favorite family and everything was alright. Sometimes I fear that I over step boundaries with helping (like re arranging furniture). I just want to help in any way I can.
Well a couple of days before the twins came home I threw a shower for Becky and invited 80 people to my house! They didn't come but we had a great turnout with a lot of diapers! It was fun to do, a little stressful, but worth it.
Now I just pray that my kids can stay well and healthy so I can continue to help.
