Lately I have been really loving these sweet little kids. I love the age and stage Kasen is in and same for Lexi and I love that every now and then they are best buds. I love how Kasen wants to go to gymnastics and so he wears lexi's leotard around (TJ really loves that). I love how he drinks his yogurt rather than use a spoon. I love how he loves it when I fill up the kitchen sink with water and bubbles for him to "wash" dishes. Reminds me when the older girls would take their barbies to the "pool" in the bathroom sink and flood the place for hours. I love how Lexi loves to color and paint. I love how she for a few days wore those plastic vampire teeth around. Especially when I would ask her to brush her teeth and she would come back for me to check and flash me her "teeth". I love how innocent and curious and the love they have for life at this age. I love that they love to learn. I hate it when I forget to notice these favorite things of mine. I sometimes forget to have fun and get on the floor and play with them like I did with the older girls. I'll admit, its really hard to be a mom to kids who are "older" and out of the baby, dress up phase and be a mom to the ones who are. Really I just wish they didn't have to grow up.
I was able to go on a field trip with Tallie to The Museum of Natural Curiosity. I was so fun and neat to see her with her classmates.
