It is so fun having a boy!
He is everywhere and such a climber.
His favorite spot is on the kitchen table, on the bunk beds and on the couches.
And since the weather has been so nice lately his new favorite place is OUTSIDE.
He is always carrying around his shoes wanting them on to go outside. He loves the slides and the sandbox and playing in the dirt. He is such a boy. He plays with his cars and makes noises and kicks his ball all over the yard and actually tries to dribble a basketball. Any day I am sure he will climb out of his crib. He loves to shove all of my pyrex pans and glass ware under the couches and I can always find a piece of moldy fruit under there too. Really if I am ever missing something, chances are its under the couch.
He is so super happy all the time and such a sweet easy kid. He loves to tinker with TJ's tools and loves to chuck his toys down the stairs and when they break he always tries to put them back together with his tools.
He is 17 months and STILL in his infant carseat backwards and no his feet don't even touch the back of the seat. He still doesn't say a whole lot. All of the words he does know he never uses and he will never try to repeat any word you ask him to say. He rarely even says "mamma". Hopefully one day all those words will come flying out.
He does loves to do the hand motions for the song "The Wise Men Built Their House Upon the Rock". Which is really cute to see. He knows how to wave but won't ever do it and used to give kisses but now refuses. But you can always count on a high five!
