Random happenings...

There are a few things that never got documented and so here they all are..finally.

Over the summer Tallie had to have some dental work done...3 cavities were filled and 4 teeth were pulled to make room for permanent ones. She was super brave and never complained. she had no fear and was never nervous. The tooth fairy thought she was very brave as well because she left Tallie $10 under her pillow for all 4 teeth. She even missed going to a friends birthday party and she was so good about it,,,I felt super bad about that.
Chloe and Callie Wakefield went through a phase where they played dress up everyday outside. So stinkin cute!

Chloe finally let me cut her hair again after she let it grow for a few months. I LOVE her hair short! Totally matches her personality. Short and Sassy!!

The last thing on our summer to do list was go to the Zoo.  We had not been in like 5 years and so of course the day we went it rained and rained and was super cold and I was feeling very pregnant. But we all had a good time and the kids loved seeing all of the animals and spending their own money in the gift shop.

TJ and I spent day after day painting the basement and the upstairs front room. It was a lot of work but I love the outcome! Now all we need is some furniture to make it complete. I hate to say it but I think all of the painting might have had something to do with my early labor.
Lexi got her big girl bed set up and she is so good in it. I have never once told her not to come out of her room or to get out of her bed and she won't. She goes right to bed and in the morning she calls me when she is awake to come get her out of bed. She is such a sweet heart.
My brother Cody also came to visit and stay with us for 2 weeks (half with Tessa). It had been almost 2 years since we had been together and I was kinda worried it would be awkward and weird but it was really good to reconnect and he was such a big help while he was here. He watched the kids a lot while I was in the hospital. I feel bad that we never got to do any of the fun things I had planned but I guess thats not my fault. I think it was good for him to be around family and kids and I think he left with a desire to be better and start to turn his life around.
