Kasen loves to work out in the yard with dad. One morning he helped shovel and dig a big hole and fill up the back of the truck with yard clippings. 

 Chlo-bug started soccer for the first time ever and she LOVES IT! Since it was her first year and she just makes the cut off we were nervous for her being so small and all in such a big division with kids towering over her and having played for a couple years. So TJ fibbed on her birth year and she played with the 6-7 year olds and she fit right in size wise. She is a go getter and totally understood how the game is played and understood positions and where she needed to be on the field. I'm so happy she likes it and that she now wants to be a professional soccer player when she is older.

 We went on a hike to "mini Moab" in Spanish Fork which I had heard a lot of people raving about saying it was so great....wrong. Prob the lamest hike ever. We spent 5 min then got back in the car.
